What it means to live

This work, this life, this society, this culture, everything we are living in. Who cares about all these made up terms and instruments in our lives?
What opinions and thoughts humans created about each other! thoughts and prejudice about different cultures or countries, systems they came up with, money as a general concept for trade, electronic technology like laptops and cell phones, music and other entertainment media, work as the way to survive since enough money ensures stable surviving and live throughout more than ⅔ of your lifetime with this occupation on this planet. We live within this world made up by ourselves for our entire life.
Why not change it every now and then? to see where the other side of the world lies, lives and works.
Why do we do this? Who tells us our concept of the world specifies reality.
